Starting soon – perhaps as early as this fall – the NC Brewers Guild will begin to offer educational programming, but we’d like your input, no matter who you are, member or not, and at every level of membership.

I would like to see a tasting class. Not off-flavors but how to taste like a pro and establish that vocabulary that’s needed to convey what you are tasting. I often find myself struggling to distinguish (in words, not actual flavor) two similar beers.
