- Interim Guidance for Restaurants: All breweries, brewpubs, and taprooms are required to adhere to DHHS Guidance for Restaurants to reopen for onsite consumption in Phase II.
- #NCBeer Brewery Pledge: This Pledge is our industry’s commitment to the health and safety of our communities and employees. By posting this at the entrance of your taproom, you’re demonstrating to customers that your business is in compliance with recommended NCDHHS and CDC guidelines. Display it, and post it on your social media sites, to let your customers know you care.
- #NCBeer Consumer Pledge: This Pledge outlines our expectations of our customers. We are a community of humans, regardless of political, ethnic, racial, sexual, or religious beliefs and orientations, and we will do our best to take care of one another. Let folks know your expectations for when they are in your establishment. Display the consumer pledge and post it to your social media.
- Re-Opening Signage: In addition to the Pledges, we’ve created the following signage for you to post:
- Count On Me NC: The NCRLA created "Count On Me NC", an online training resource developed by public health officials and food safety experts to help you ensure the safety and well-being of both your guests and your team.
- Phase II Clarification for NC breweries: We encourage our membership to keep a printed copy of these documents on-site.
